Brewing instructions Always start with great tasting water. Do not over boil your water. Do not re boil your water. Use boiling water for the following Teas. Earl Grey. Award- Wining Tea.Medium Caffeine Mindfulness. Black Tea with Malva Flowers,Cornflower and Safflower. Medium Caffeine Dream Chaser. Hibiscus, Rooibos, Rosehip,Honeybush, Apple, Pineapple and Black Currant. No Caffeine Steep 5-7 minutes. Use hot water for the following Tea.That is water about 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Too hot water will scald the leaves leading to a bitter brew. The Waters Edge. Green and White Tea with Bergamot. Caffeine. Steep 4-5 minutes 1 Teaspoon to 8 ozs of water. #desertsage
