Serena Minott is a co-founder and managing attorney at Minott Gore, P.A., a Miami-based law firm serving clients throughout Florida, nationwide and internationally in the fields of business law and intellectual property protection. Serena attended George Washington University National Law Center and started her law career in Washington D.C. Upon relocating to South Florida, Serena launched her own practice in 2007, offering counsel to mid-sized companies, start-ups, professionals, artists, entrepreneurs and small business owners on transactional business law, trademarks, copyrights and trade dress protection. In 2008, Serena and her law partner launched FlatFeeTrademark.com, an e-commerce platform offering professional, affordable trademark registration services by licensed, experienced attorneys.
